Refreshing a 30 year old bathroom into an oasis of calm and warmth.
This primary bathroom renovation kept every fixture in place, and modernized and refreshed all finishes to reflect the clients’ design evolution since moving into the house 30 years ago. Custom millwork was designed around their daily routine, with a focus on functionality, simplicity and familiarity.
Layers of lighting fill the space: the glow of integrated lighting behind the mirror, soft sconces, and new LED fixtures overhead. Radiant flooring lies below large-format porcelain tiles throughout. The material palette is simple yet textured, a refuge for our clients for many more years to come.
